Then give yourself a flexible entry point. Instead of demanding a perfect hour, commit to ten honest minutes. Instead of treating one missed day as failure, decide how you will return.
Your inner rebel does not always need stricter rules. Sometimes it needs proof that the choice still belongs to you.
